We start with a
perfectly good Ducati 800ss and begin
disassembly to modify and customize for
the race track.
Beginning
of the hand made custom exhaust; the original
was too heavy and not optimally
configured; it had to go.....

Installation
of the custom made sub-frame.

Ensuring proper fit of sub-frame & tail
section. Form follows function design; notice how beautifully the
exhaust lines up with the sub-frame. Gorgeous
fit.
This is the compilation of custom exhaust,
sub-frame, frame & body work.

Lining up the sharkskins bodywork to fit the
frame of the 800ss

Modified Carbon Fiber tank; (underside) shortened
and adapted to fit custom 800ss frame.
Custom plate for front end after unnecessary
headlights and wiring were removed.
Some of the frame modification required to
lighten the machine and improve its fit, feel & performance.

Frame and Sub-Frame.
